These terms apply to purchases from UTBOX storefronts. Product availability, prices, taxes, shipping options, delivery routes, and return rights may vary by customer market and are confirmed on the storefront, product page, cart, and checkout before payment.

UTBOX sells consumer electronics and gaming accessory products online. Product pages show the current product description, package details, price, currency, delivery route, and checkout options for the selected market.

For order help, delivery questions, returns, replacement review, setup questions, or business inquiries, contact support@utbox.store. WhatsApp may be available as an optional quick contact channel, but order-specific instructions and quote details should be confirmed in writing by email.

B2B or bulk order inquiries are handled manually. No public wholesale discount or fixed bulk price is promised.
