This page explains the return and refund route for UTBOX customers ordering from Ireland. It is written to help you check the practical steps before you place an order or contact support.
For most online orders delivered to Ireland, you can tell us that you want to cancel within 14 days from the day you receive the goods. After you tell us, please return the goods within a further 14 days.
Please return the UTBOX X2 Pro bundle with the main HDMI game stick, controllers, cables, accessories, manuals, and original packaging where possible. You may inspect the product as you would in a shop, but please avoid use beyond what is needed to check the item.
For a change-of-mind return during the cooling-off period, you are responsible for return postage unless UTBOX has offered otherwise. If the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged on arrival, contact us before returning it so we can review the issue and give return instructions.
When a cooling-off cancellation is accepted, we refund the eligible order payment to the original payment method within 14 days, subject to receiving the returned goods or proof that you sent them back, where applicable.
Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by this page. If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, email support@utbox.store with your order number, photos or video if available, and a short description of the issue.
